Our manufacturing plant has a stable and well trained workforce with an average length of service in excess of 12 years. This experience and stability delivers an exceptional level of multi-skilling, which means customers’ orders are met on time, every time.

The processes include state of the art cutting, automated punching, automated pin injection, concept moulding, embroidery, high frequency and ultra sonic welding, sewing, overlocking, eyeleting and component assembly.

The experience of our people supported by regular training, means that product quality is consistently high whilst keeping to cost targets throughout the production process.

The company has wide experience in working with textiles, coated fabrics, leather, carpeting, vinyl, and through supply partners, we offer composite and injection moulded materials, screen printing and vacuum forming.

As a long-term supply partner to the automotive and leisure trim industries, Stylex understands that “quality” encompasses process, product and service. Quality is designed into the products using industry recognised techniques. Our manufacturing plant is accredited by most of the major automotive manufacturers in Europe and this discipline serves all the industries we supply.
