The processes include state of the art cutting, automated punching, automated pin injection, concept molding, embroidery, high frequency welding, sewing, overlocking and component assembly.

The experience of our people, supported by regular training, means that product quality is consistantly high whilst keeping to cost targets throughout the production system.
