As an established supplier of automotive trim accessories and trim fixations, Stylex is intent on positioning itself as the leading innovator in this sector. With strategic associations in the product development and manufacturing fields (including production capabilities in China), Stylex delivers flexibility and cost effectiveness in a broad range of trim solutions.

 
Alan Ross Alan Ross joined Stylex in August 2007, bringing over twenty years of commercial experience in automotive interior trim. Having worked for tier two companies in South Africa, Germany & the UK, and covering cutting, sewing & trimming of textiles, coated fabrics and leather, Alan offers a sound appreciation of the demands of global automotive supply and the disciplines necessary to establish Stylex as a leading supplier in its field of expertise. “Stylex has a wealth of opportunity for growth and we are investing in establishing ourselves as the leading innovator of trim solutions and accessories”.
 
  Steve Jackson joined Stylex as Financial Controller and Company Secretary in March 2010. A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience in both public practice and industry, Steve joined the business to strengthen the Finance and Admin functions. Heading a small team Steve oversees the financial accounting within the company with responsibility for monthly account preparation, cash flow management and payroll management within the Rubicon financial reporting structure.
 
  Alan Winfield joined Stylex in October 2010 as Production Manager from a global tier 1 manufacturing environment. Having held General Management and Production Management positions, Alan holds an HND in Mechanical Engineering and is skilled in Production, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, Programme Management and Six Sigma. Alan is tasked with ensuring Stylex reflects industry best practice in the manufacturing environment.
 
Jonathan Hogg joined the company in 1997 and has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. As part of the management team, Jonathan has managed the launch of product into over 40 vehicle programmes worldwide resulting in a comprehensive understanding of the launch process and associated activities. Experience gained while working in both Product Development and Production Departments proves very helpful when liaising with clients, particularly design engineering and purchasing personnel. Current responsibilities include account management and sales development throughout Europe.
 
   Ann Elwell joined the company May 2011 as Key Account Manager and Trim Design Engineer dealing with the Leisure Vehicle Sector. With a wealth of experience in Seat Design and Development, Ann has been Programme Launch responsible for a number of major OEM seat launches. Ann holds an HNC in Manufacturing and Engineering and has a number of qualifications in Textiles and Soft Furnishings, CAD Design and digitised cutting methodologies. Ann will strengthen the engineering support offered to the Leisure Vehicle sector and will be responsible for growing the business in this area.
